This piece is part of the Wild Things series, a small collection of studies painted from life with focus on whimsy and otherworldly color palettes. This collection was created as a dreamscape, a window into the artist’s mind at the time of creation. The window closed, and the Wild Things moved on, as if they were no more than a passing dream.
